Acclaimed San Francisco-based food writer and cheese authority, Janet Fletcher will be at Wedge signing her newly released book, Cheese & Beer, from 5-7pm. Janet takes the guesswork out of pairing craft beer with the largest food category in the United States: CHEESE! A handy reference for cheese enthusiasts who want to dive deeper into the world of craft beer, it’s also a great resource for beer lovers who want to learn more about fine cheese. Copies of the book are available for purchase either ahead of time or at the event. And of course, we will be serving cheese and beer!
