On Tuesday, Nov. 20th, from 4-7pm, Wedge has the pleasure of hosting a tasting and book signing event with Laurel Miller, co-author of Cheese for Dummies.
This event is open to the general public. Guests can purchase a copy of Cheese for Dummies on-site, and have it signed by Ms. Miller.

Laurel Miller is a Boulder, Colorado-based food and travel writer, contributing editor at culture: the word on cheese, and co-author of Cheese for Dummies. She’s also a contributor at Gadling and various regional and national magazines.
